Your GP, obstetrician/midwife or a physician at another hospital has referred you to the MUMC+ for a test. You may need to give a blood sample, have an x-ray or undergo some other test or examination. Before that can get started, you must check in at the counter in the Diagnostic Centre, where you will be given the correct forms. You will then take these forms to the relevant department or unit.
Please note that we may ask you to show us some form of identification.
- Monday to Friday from 7.30 a.m. to 5.30 p.m.
- Telephone number from 8.00 a.m. on: +31 (0)43-387 53 85
You will find the route to the counter of the Diagnostic Centre on our interactive floormap.
Handing in samples
